Chimène Badi returns to the stage on 20 February 2027 at Zénith Sud in Montpellier. Marking twenty years of her career and with a voice that gives pride of place to emotion, she delivers a set that mixes her signature hits with covers that have punctuated her journey. Entre nous, Là‑haut and Le jour d’après stand alongside Ma liberté, Je viens du Sud and L’Hymne à l’amour. Discovered in the early 2000s, the singer has since explored pop/variety, soul and gospel, with a direct and precise delivery. On stage she goes straight to the essentials: the songs, the lyrics, the presence, supported by a band that places her voice at the centre.
In the opening slot, Julien Dassin presents Joe Dassin Story, a nod to his father’s repertoire, accompanied by his musicians. À toi, L’Amérique, L’été indien, Dans les yeux d’Émilie… a run-through of classics that still resonate.
