Garou

Brought to prominence by Notre-Dame de Paris and familiar on major stages, Garou opens a new chapter with Garou Solo. After an extensive period of studio work, he released Un meilleur lendemain in April 2025, his first album both written and composed by him. Ten intimate tracks conceived for the stage, and a more direct way of telling his story, carried by his husky voice and his taste for chanson, pop and blues.

Alone on stage with his piano and guitar, he presents a format that sits between concert, theatre and cinema. Loops, effects and digital tools support the essential element: the song. Garou journeys through more than thirty years of his career, revisits his classics, presents his new pieces and unfolds a very personal narrative: beginnings, moments of solitude in the heart of nature, enduring friendships and love affairs.

A stripped-back staging and a visual scenography accompany this personal retrospective. See him on 14 January 2027 at Casino Partouche Pornic, in Pornic, for a solo that refocuses the artist on songwriting, performance and closeness with the audience.
