UADA / MORTIIS - The Witches of Dystopia Tour MMXXVI

The Witches of Dystopia Tour MMXXVI lands in Edmonton with a tight, shadowy lineup. Uada, from Portland, push a melodic black metal built on fast, interlaced guitars, atmospheric breaks and long arcs that drift from rush to trance. On stage, the masked quartet keeps it stark and focused, letting repetition and contrast do the work.

Mortiis brings a different shade of darkness. An early figure in dungeon synth who later folded in industrial textures, he moves between immersive ambient passages and harder, percussive electronics, sketching a bleak, cinematic space.

ROME is Jérôme Reuter’s vehicle for dark folk with a martial edge. Acoustic guitars, minimal electronics and a steady baritone carry narrative songs that feel both intimate and restless, balancing tenderness and iron.

WRAITH KNIGHT, tied to the Old Nick constellation, deals in spectral synth lines and blackened contours. Lo‑fi keys, haunted motifs and brief surges of aggression draw a bridge between dungeon atmospheres and raw nerve.
