Info

On May 3, 2026, Matteo Mancuso takes the stage at the Rockhal in Esch‑sur‑Alzette. Born in 1996 in Palermo, he trained early—between music high school and his first performances—before being noticed with SNIPS and a version of "The Chicken" that went viral. In the wake of that success he began a collaboration with Yamaha Guitars and appeared at NAMM in Los Angeles, the Young Guitar Festival in Bangkok, and several masterclasses in Russia. Since 2020 Mancuso has been working in a trio format, first with Stefano India and Giuseppe Bruno, and now with his current lineup alongside Riccardo Oliva on bass and Gianluca Pellerito on drums. He turned his attention to his own material and released The Journey in 2023, a debut album that established his writing and his sound. Tours followed across Europe and the United States, culminating in an extensive run of dates in North America in 2025. On stage he navigates between jazz‑fusion and rock in a trio setting, with a repertoire that blends original compositions and nods to his beginnings. His work has been noticed by Steve Vai, Al Di Meola, Joe Bonamassa and Eric Johnson. An opportunity to follow closely the trajectory of an Italian guitarist in full motion.
