Info
The Stranglers will stop at La Carrière Saint-Herblain on 23 November 2026. The British band, formed in the mid-1970s, carved out a distinctive line between taut punk, incisive rock and dark keyboards. Their trademark is a bass that leads the way, sharp guitars and those analogue layers that create an immediate tension. On stage, the band delivers a broad repertoire, mixing signature songs and more recent pieces without missing a beat, with tight arrangements and direct energy.
It is impossible to think of The Stranglers without mentioning "Golden Brown", "No More Heroes", "Peaches", "Always the Sun" or "Strange Little Girl". These songs, reimagined over the course of tours, sit alongside less expected numbers, a way to explore the full range of their sound, between catchy melodies and rougher edges. The baritone voice weaves through the keyboards, the rhythm section keeps control, and the band strikes a balance between nostalgia and the present.
