Covertramp hommage à Supertramp

Covertramp returns to Colmar on 23 January 2027 at the Colmar Exhibition and Congress Centre for a new tribute to Supertramp. The six-piece of multi-instrumentalists has reworked its show with a redesigned setlist, mixing rare cuts and staple songs from the English band. Expect School, Dreamer, Goodbye Stranger, Breakfast in America, Take the Long Way Home, Fool’s Overture and Give a Little Bit, as well as less frequently played tracks that will resonate with longtime fans. On stage, Philippe Tailleferd, supported by Sandra Battini, alternates vocal colors that echo the timbres of Roger Hodgson and Rick Davies, while the band plays tightly, with close-knit harmonies and keyboards, guitars and saxophone carrying the whole. For nearly two hours, Covertramp recreates Supertramp’s sonic world with faithful tones, updated lighting design and energy tailored to the venue. A journey through arrangements that have marked several generations, conceived as much for the curious as for first‑hour fans.
