Info
Jeanfi Janssens settles in at the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille on March 15, 2026, with Tombé du ciel (Fallen from the Sky), his new one-man show. A former flight attendant, he turns his years of flights and layovers into a gallery of everyday episodes, set between airport corridors and encounters that don’t always go as planned. In his early fifties, he retraces his life: boarding school with the nuns, an upbringing that shaped his temperament, the first visits to doctors, those little warnings that later make you smile. We also meet his mother, a tenacious, clear‑sighted presence, witness to the gaps between the world he came from and the show‑business world in which he landed somewhat by surprise. Jeanfi talks about the differences between social milieus, the codes you learn in flight, the turbulences you endure and what you keep from them. A grounded stand‑up, spoken plainly, where self‑deprecation is the guiding thread and each anecdote becomes a small travel tale told on a human scale.
