Goldmen

Goldmen will be in Bourges on March 14, 2026, at the Palais d’Auron, to revisit the repertoire of Jean‑Jacques Goldman and the trio Fredericks Goldman Jones. Led by Alain Stevez, whose vocal range and phrasing recall Goldman’s, and by Sabrina, who sings the part popularized by Carole Fredericks, the group presents a concert built around the songs that marked the 1980s–2000s. From “Envole‑moi” to “À nos actes manqués,” and including “Il suffira d’un signe,” the setlist traces a slice of French song, between ballads and more energetic numbers.

After a tour across France, Goldmen returns in 2026 with a format conceived for the 35th anniversary of the Fredericks Goldman Jones tour. The idea is to recapture the originals’ momentum on stage, the care given to choruses and harmonies, and that instantly appealing melodic writing. The arrangements aim to be faithful without freezing the songs, leaving room for the energy of live performance and collective singing. An evening to dive back into a catalogue many know by heart, delivered by a band well-practiced in this kind of performance.
