Inès Reg delivers a direct, no-nonsense stand-up rooted in everyday life: relationship woes, family, friends and the behind-the-scenes of success. Microphone in hand, she strings together short stories, punchlines and improvised bits when the moment calls for it. Her writing mixes confessional moments and observational humour, with a sense of timing that builds tension and then drops into sharp punchlines. She’s known for catchphrases that have entered pop culture and for her knack for seizing a detail and turning it into an entire scene, always in dialogue with the audience.

She will be at Zénith Nantes Métropole Saint-Herblain on 24 March 2026.
