On April 1, 2027, KALEO lands at the Zénith in Paris with the Way Down We Go Tour. Born in 2012 in Mosfellsbær, near Reykjavik, the Icelandic quartet has built its signature on a blend of blues rock, folk, and alternative rock, driven by the distinctive, upfront voice of JJ Julius Son. At his side, David Antonsson (drums), Daniel Kristjansson (bass) and Rubin Pollock (guitar) play on contrasts: taut riffs, acoustic breaths, a clearly rising intensity, with no frills.
This tour accompanies the Deluxe reissue commemorating KALEO's tenth anniversary of A/B, the album that opened KALEO to a wider audience. On stage, the band draws from this repertoire that has become a classic, between All The Pretty Girls, No Good and the indispensable Way Down We Go, emblematic of their darkest and most rootsy side. A concert conceived as a return to the fundamentals, with live energy at the heart of the performance.
