Info
On November 18, 2026, DZIDZIO lands at Burton Cummings Theatre in Winnipeg with the full band, led by Mykhailo Khoma and his larger-than-life character. For more than a decade, this Ukrainian pop project has been mixing dance-pop drive with pop-folk colors, built around big singalong hooks, everyday stories, and that trademark deadpan humor that cuts through the glam. Expect a set where catchy choruses meet rhythmic, dance-ready grooves, with lyrics that lean into street talk and playful narration, switching between intimacy and crowd-ready moments.
Opening the night, Vasyl Popadiuk, aka Papa Duke, brings his Ukrainian-Canadian virtuoso violin energy to set the tone, bridging folk roots and showman flair before DZIDZIO takes over and turns the room into a shared, loud, and warm singalong.
