Info
On December 4, 2026, JF Pauzé takes the stage at Théâtre Manuvie in Brossard with a set that puts the songwriter front and center. Known as the co-founder of the Cowboys Fringants and the band’s main lyricist and composer, he’s built a style rooted in Quebec folk-rock, with touches of neo-trad, country, and francophone chanson. Expect songs driven by clear, narrative writing: scenes from everyday life, suburban backdrops, collective impulses, and a social gaze that doesn’t dodge politics or environmental worries.
This show also marks his solo chapter, launched in 2025 with “Ballon-sonde” and continued around the album Les Amours de seconde main. Onstage, that means rootsy guitars, a rock energy that stays close to the folk tradition, and lyrics that carry the weight—direct, communal, and made to be sung together.
