Info
On October 26, 2026 at Jazz Cafe in London, Chezidek brings his roots reggae straight from Saint Ann parish, Jamaica, with that smooth, direct vocal line that’s made him a staple of conscious reggae for years. Raised on local sound systems before stepping into Kingston studios, he carries the legacy of Jamaican voices shaped by Rastafari culture and social awareness, mixing spiritual themes with grounded stories about justice, nature, and everyday life.
Live, expect deep roots rhythms with touches of dancehall swing, driven by lyrics that don’t dodge the real world. Tracks like “All My Life” and “Call Pon Dem” helped define his sound beyond the island, the latter earning a cult status after its GTA IV appearance. Two decades on, Chezidek is still about staying connected to where it all started: steady, committed, and built for a crowd that wants reggae with meaning as much as groove.
