You had left Thaïs in her twenties, drinking, smoking, and staying out late. Family meals are like prostate screening: mandatory once a year, and they hit a sensitive point. Since Thaïs was tired of spending a fortune on therapy, she decided to turn it into a show. And what better way to reunite the family than when you’re 33, single, without children, a freelance performer, a redhead, prone to angioedema (Quincke's edema), and above all, funny. Jesus was 33 when he died too, you know. In her new show at Théâtre Charles-Trenet on March 13, 2027 at 7:30 p.m., Thaïs Vauqières takes us into an explosive evening where we encounter a vegan cousin, a father in full revelation, a very open mother, and family secrets that tumble like the mood in the room when Uncle speaks up. Between impulse-control phobias, respiratory and dietary allergies, but above all social ones, she delivers a hilarious and moving performance.
