Info
BBC Introducing Live in Leeds lands at Oporto in Leeds on November 28, 2026, with a Radio 1 Rock bill built for people who like their guitars sharp and their hooks a bit twisted.
ALT BLK ERA (sisters Nyrobi and Chaya) bring their tight sister chemistry to the stage, flipping between heavy riffs, electronic edge and big mood swings without losing the punch.
VENUS GRRRLS roll in with a dark alternative rock blend where goth, grunge and post-punk collide, with that riot grrrl snap in the delivery. Expect dense guitar lines, synth flashes and driving rhythms, all pushed by GK’s direct vocals and songs that hit like short stories.
jo from school completes the line-up with a set made for discovering what’s next in the UK underground, in the spirit of BBC Introducing’s “first time you heard it” energy.
