Info
On February 3, 2027, at Band on the Wall in Manchester, Raghu Dixit steps on stage in a stripped-back format that puts the songwriting front and center. With the Raghu Dixit Trio, he shares the spotlight with two long-time musical partners: Sanjay Kumar on guitars and bouzouki, and Akshay Ganesh on violin. Together, they reshape Raghu’s folk-rock and acoustic pop into something more intimate, built on voice, strings, and the space between notes.
The set draws from nearly three decades of writing: familiar songs revisited, brand-new pieces, and a few unreleased tracks, all arranged to feel close-up and alive. Between tunes, the trio leans into the stories and emotions that sparked them, letting the music breathe and leaving room for real-time interplay with the crowd. Expect a night where the energy comes less from volume and more from connection.
