Info
Toploader bring their piano-led, post-Britpop pop-rock back on the road, stopping at Esquires in Bedford on 16 October 2026. Built around Joseph Washbourn’s big, chorus-first vocals and a bright, melodic drive, the band know how to turn a room into a singalong without losing that warm rock edge. Expect the set to lean on the staples that made them a late-90s UK radio fixture, with “Dancing in the Moonlight” sitting naturally next to tighter, punchier songs from across their catalogue. After years of steady touring and a run of later albums that kept their songwriting direct and hooky, this date is also a chance to hear where they’re taking things now, with new material worked into the mix.
Opening the night, Manchester’s Rosellas land with an indie-to-psych guitar sound that nods to the city’s legacy while stretching out into more atmospheric, shoegaze-tinged textures. A sharp warm-up for a show built on riffs, melodies, and hands-in-the-air choruses.
