Info
On November 12, 2026, Mark Ambor brings his singer-songwriter pop to The Academy in Dublin. Coming out of New York’s indie pop and contemporary folk lane, he writes in a direct, melodic way, built around voice-first hooks, acoustic guitar, and light production that keeps things intimate without feeling bare. Since launching his solo project in 2019, he’s been shaping that balance between personal writing and clean choruses across releases like the Colorful EP, then later tracks such as “It’s Us Again,” “Company,” and “Don’t You Worry,” followed by the Hello World EP. In recent years, songs like “Curls in the Wind,” “Good to Be,” and “I Hope It All Works Out” pushed that sound forward, before “Belong Together” opened his audience even wider in 2024. This Dublin date is a chance to hear Rockwood, his first album released in August 2024, alongside the earlier songs that set his style: acoustic textures, pop clarity, and a calm, human scale that lands best in a live room.
