Info
Erasure bring their “Radio!! Radio!! Tour” to Utilita Arena Cardiff on April 25, 2027, with a set built for people who grew up on sharp synth lines and big choruses. Since forming in London in 1985, Vince Clarke’s precise electronic writing and Andy Bell’s upfront vocals have kept the duo locked into that sweet spot between dancefloor drive and bittersweet pop. Expect the classics that defined their late-80s and 90s run, alongside the kind of deep cuts that show how their sound has stayed consistent while still making room for detours, from acoustic moments to later-era, neon-lit synthpop.
Ladytron open the night in Cardiff with their cool, mechanical take on electronic pop, shaped in Liverpool at the turn of the 2000s and sharpened by post-punk and dreamier textures. Built around Helen Marnie, Mira Aroyo and Daniel Hunt, their songs flip between icy hooks, tense grooves and more cinematic stretches, drawing a straight line from early releases like 604 and Light & Magic to their recent work. A solid match-up for anyone craving synthpop with edge.
