Info
Ana Popovic returns to the stage on November 20, 2026 at La Puce à l’Oreille in Riom, with the drive to put groove back at the heart of the show. A guitarist and singer born in Belgrade, who spent time in the Netherlands before settling in Los Angeles, she has built an expansive electric blues in which funk, soul and rock freely mingle. On this date, she will be promoting Dance To The Rhythm, an album that keeps the slide guitar moving, with supple rhythms and gospel-tinged accents, between edgy tracks and more contemplative moments. After Power, which propelled her to the top of the blues charts in 2023, Popovic further expands her live format: a guitar front and center, a mobile rhythm section, and a vocal approach that avoids showiness. From Sho Nuf to Dwell On The Feeling, via Sisters and Brothers, the set promises a back-and-forth between sharp riffs, bluesy ballads and reimagined covers, always guided by the pulse.
