Le Vent du Nord bring the traditions of Québec folk music to Bristol Beacon, combining five-part harmonies with fiddle, accordion, hurdy-gurdy, bouzouki and foot-tapping rhythms.
The band draw on centuries-old traditions while bringing a contemporary energy to their music. Their live shows feature musical interplay, moving between lively traditional tunes and more reflective songs.
Expect rhythms, vocals and a connection to the stories, landscapes and communities that shape Québec’s musical heritage.
