Recognized for his strong on-stage presence and the intensity of his singing, he won the Brazilian Music Prize in 2018 in the Best New Artist category and was nominated for a Latin Grammy the following year.
On October 24, Almério brings to Casa Capitão the album 'Nesse Exato Momento' (2024), in which he continues to update the Northeastern Brazilian musical tradition, blending it with a contemporary approach to MPB.
