Info
Echo & The Bunnymen return to the stage in Wolverhampton on 13 November 2026 at University of Wolverhampton at The Halls, with that unmistakable Liverpool mix of post-punk edge and hazy, melodic drive. Built around the Ian McCulloch and Will Sergeant partnership, the band’s sound has always balanced tension and tune: jagged, reverb-soaked guitars, a bassline that keeps things taut, and vocals that lean into the darker shade of pop without turning it into a pose.
This show is a chance to hear a catalog that moves from the early rush of Crocodiles and Heaven Up Here through the more expansive, orchestrated turn of Ocean Rain, then into the later records that kept the same nocturnal atmosphere while shifting the colors. Expect a set that plays with dynamics rather than spectacle: songs that start in the mist, lock into a groove, and open up when the chorus hits, the way they’ve been doing since the late ’70s.
