Saul Adamczewski is a songwriter, musician and founding member of Fat White Family, known for his mix of sharp, idiosyncratic songwriting, country, lounge, exotica and experimental music. In 2015 he formed Insecure Men as a vehicle for his music which did not fit elsewhere, releasing the band’s self-titled debut in 2018. Over the years he has also explored everything from folk and drone music to offbeat covers and dub.
His career has run alongside struggles with addiction and mental health, experiences that have shaped both his life and his music. After a difficult period in 2024, Adamczewski returned home to rebuild his health, reconnect with family and friends, and rediscover his creative focus, out of which came the album A Man For All Seasons. Whether writing intimate country songs, lysergic pop or experimental work, his music is driven by an instinct to find honesty, beauty and escape in even the darkest moments.
