Info
You had left Thaïs in her twenties, drinking, smoking, and staying out late. You meet her today in her early thirties, and logically nothing has changed, except that everything is harder. And in those moments, what could be better than organizing a good family meal to boost her self-confidence? Just in case she has forgotten that she is 32, that she is single, childless, an intermittent performer in the arts, a redhead, with a tendency toward Quincke's edema and kidney stones.
“Come have a little drink at home.” A phrase, twelve syllables, eight words, that Thaïs would have wished never to utter.
In her new show, presented at Chateau Theatre Descas in Bordeaux on 23 April 2027 at 6:30 p.m., Thaïs Vauquières invites us to an evening that is anything but ordinary. She reveals the little quirks, the hidden tensions, and the touching moments that give a family its richness. An intimate and funny show, where every laugh reveals a little truth.
