Info
On Saturday 19 September 2026, The Pigeon Detectives land at Winter Gardens Blackpool with their fast, guitar-first indie rock and that no-nonsense writing built for packed rooms. Coming out of the 2000s UK wave, they’ve kept their sound tight and punchy from Wait for Me and Emergency through later records like We Met at Sea, Broken Glances and TV Show. Expect sharp rhythms, big singalong hooks and the kind of stage momentum that’s been road-tested across UK tours and festival sets.
The Rifles join the bill with their own brand of melodic British indie: direct riffs, concise choruses and a mod-leaning edge that nods to pub-rock swagger and classic club energy. From early tracks like “Local Boy” and “Repeated Offender” to albums spanning No Love Lost, Great Escape and Love Your Neighbour, they bring a set that balances snap, warmth and straight-to-the-point songs.
