Info
Mae Stephens lands in Bedford for a live set at Esquires on November 6, 2026, bringing the punchy, straight-to-the-point pop that’s made her a name to watch in the UK scene. Built on tight hooks and short, snappy choruses, her songs slide between contemporary pop, light funk touches, and a more dance-leaning sheen when the beat calls for it.
Starting out with early solo releases in 2020, she quickly sharpened her signature as Mae Stephens, then hit a new level when If We Ever Broke Up took off online ahead of its official release, setting the tone for a run of immediate, personal tracks. On stage, expect a set that moves fast, keeps melodies front and center, and leaves room for those electronic flashes heard on later collaborations, alongside EP-era highlights from Securely Insecure.
