Info
The White Buffalo is the name Jake Smith has been building for years: a road-worn Americana project where folk, dark country and spare rock meet in the same breath. His songs lean on storytelling more than flash, carried by that deep voice and a writing style that knows how to hang tension in the air, between everyday violence, redemption, and the kind of choices you don’t take back. If you’ve ever caught his tracks in series like Sons of Anarchy, you already know how naturally his acoustic, narrative world fits into a live setting.
On September 27, 2026 at Bridgeworks in Hamilton, The White Buffalo brings that mix of stripped-down intensity and band-driven momentum, moving from intimate ballads to bluesy pressure and rock edges without losing the thread. Expect a set that pulls from key albums like Once Upon a Time in the West, Love and the Death of Damnation, On the Widow’s Walk and Year of the Dark Horse, with the same gritty sense of place throughout.
