Info
Valley roll into Toronto with “Do You Need To Be Entertained? The Tour” on March 21, 2027 at Massey Hall, bringing their indie-pop built for singing along without forcing it. The Toronto quartet blends chiming guitars, understated synths and elastic rhythms, with shared lead vocals that keep the songs moving like a conversation between friends. On stage, their knack for tight vocal arrangements and immediate hooks lands somewhere between 2000s pop-rock echoes and today’s clean, melodic alt-pop, with lyrics that linger on early-adulthood messiness, friendship, and the blurry edges of relationships.
Billianne opens the night with a more stripped-back angle: indie-pop songwriting that leans into folk and acoustic space, led by a clear, steady voice and simple melodies that don’t overreach. Her set tends to stay close to the emotional details—hesitations, shifts in relationships, and that in-between moment of growing up—delivered with a directness that plays well in a room like Massey Hall.
