On March 9, 2027, Theory of a Deadman brings its The Northern Chaos tour to Théâtre Capitole, in Quebec City. Led by Tyler Connolly alongside Dean Back, Dave Brenner and Joe Dandeneau, the quartet draws from its post-grunge and hard rock DNA, with riffs that cling to the skin and guitars tailor-made for the stage. The set promises to give pride of place to the tracks that have marked their journey, from Santa Monica to Bad Girlfriend, including Rx (Medicate) and Not Meant To Be, not forgetting newer tracks from their EP Part 1: Funeral Songs. A show that should showcase a band that knows how to alternate electric tension, direct melodies, and hooks that land. In the opening slot, Mammoth opens the evening. The Wolfgang Van Halen project delivers muscular alternative rock, between massive riffs and a sense of melody, driven by highly crafted songwriting. An opportunity to hear tracks that bear his signature, and to see how that energy translates fully in a live setting.
