Originally from Bristol, Mina is an experienced producer and DJ who has been making energetic club music for over ten years. You can expect a mix of soca, footwork, dancehall, techno and trance with distorted basslines and melodic hooks. Mina is also the founder of the alcohol-free London party club Soft.
The evening opens with house and hip-hop dancer Notika. Her guided Dance Activation gets everyone moving, loosens the body, and helps to find a groove together, open to all, regardless of dance experience. Notika is an experienced club-dance instructor.
To close, the twerk group Phoenixes invites you to dance with spontaneous performances and a sense of collective empowerment.
Tanzen3000 brings more dancing to the floor. The collective brings together backgrounds in DJing, dance, rap, somatics, and nightlife activism.
The session begins with a guided warm-up. Everyone loosens up together and simple concepts are shared that can be played with on the club dance floor. The warm-up is suitable for everyone, regardless of dance experience or physical condition.
The warm-up transitions into an open dance floor, framed by a DJ set curated specially for the evening. It traverses changing genres, rhythms, and BPMs and invites the dance floor to explore new ways of moving.
