On September 26 at Platform 9, Thump! welcomes techno artist 1morning (LA).
Simultaneously honouring the past while pushing techno forward, 1morning's productions have an infectious, soulful and gritty take. With rolling basslines, Detroit style stabs and percussion which never lacks swing, check out his EP on Ilian Tape to get a sense of what is planned. As a DJ, expect pure rave warehouse energy.
Thump! is a new party series imagined by Awood, Max Ulis and DJ Hockey. Taking inspiration from 1morning, this night is programmed as vinyl all night with Notevendown on direct support to complete the lineup.
