On September 12, 2026, MoBlack lands at Bazart in Montréal with a set built for long, patient dancefloor arcs. Behind the name is Italian DJ and producer Mimmo Falcone, whose sound sits at the crossroads of afro house, deep house and melodic house, always driven by percussion, voices and organic textures. Shaped by years spent in West Africa, especially in Accra, his approach keeps the groove upfront while letting details breathe: warm timbres, understated melodic lines, and vocals that slip in and out like signposts.
As the founder of MoBlack Records, he’s also known for connecting scenes, and that label mindset shows in the way he DJs: supple rhythms, gradual buildups, and a steady sense of narrative rather than quick peak-to-peak tricks. Expect a night that moves with intention, where the drums lead and the atmosphere thickens track by track.
