Blue Skies Turn Black invites Valencia Grace to perform in Montreal on March 15, 2027, at the Ritz PDB. Born in the United Kingdom and shaped by stints across several countries, the artist develops a contemporary pop that is at once theatrical, dark, and danceable. Her songs unfold like small stories, carried by crisp synths, cinematic production, and a highly embodied performance, somewhere between electropop, dance-pop, and alternative pop.
Having been discovered as an independent artist in the early 2020s, Valencia Grace has built her universe release after release, embracing front-and-center choruses and increasingly darker imagery as she releases more. Tracks such as "S!ut", "Lucky You’re a Star", "Voodoo" or "Guillotine" sketch this shift toward a more dramatic writing and a live-oriented on-stage energy, reinforced by recent collaborations, notably with producer CJ Baran. The evening also promises guest appearances.
