Pierpoljak returns to the stage for Reggae Night #3 on 16 October 2026 at Le Tapis Rouge, in Tinqueux. A distinctive figure on the Francophone reggae scene since the 1990s, the Parisian has built his style between the energy of the early punk years, a decisive stint in London, and an openly admitted obsession with Jamaican culture.
In concert, he blends roots reggae and ragga with French lyrics that preserve the meaning of the chorus, with bass lines that stay upfront and occasional touches of Jamaican patois, like a direct bridge between the urban life here and Kingston’s imagined world.
