On October 8, 2026, Charles Pasi takes the stage at L’Agora in Bonneville, with his own distinctive blend of blues, soul, and jazz, propelled by a slightly husky voice and a harmonica that leads the way. On stage, he relishes contrasts: taut, electric pieces followed by more bare, breathing moments where emotion takes center stage. Without overdoing it, he quickly fosters a real closeness with the audience and moves energy around as a dialogue.
This concert revolves around Adamas, a deeply personal album conceived as an album of memory and renewal. The title says a lot: “adamas,” in Greek, means the indomitable, the indestructible, the origin of the word diamond. A nod to his passion for gemology, but above all a tribute to two key figures in his life. Surrounded by about thirty musicians, including saxophonist Baptiste Herbin and sound engineer Michael Brauer, Pasi seeks less effect than precision, and turns pain into living music.
