Sebastian Schub arrives on October 5, 2026 at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow, bringing his intimate indie-folk tailored for close connection with the audience. Born in Hamburg and based in London, he has built himself away from the conventional industry trajectories: first in the street, between London and Dublin, then at Camden’s open mics. His songs carry a taste for live performance and immediacy, propelled by a deep voice, a foreground acoustic guitar, and lyrics that cut to the essentials.
On stage, Schub champions a singer-songwriter craft without frills, blending contemporary folk, acoustic pop, and a few discreet rock shades. Stripped-back songs, designed to stand on three chords and deliver a solid performance, as if each track had first been tested in front of an audience before taking its final form.
