On November 23, 2026, Polyphia arrives at Sala La Riviera (Madrid) with its MMXXVI Tour. Born in Plano (Texas) and active since 2010, the quartet of Tim Henson and Scott LePage, together with Clay Gober (bass) and Clay Aeschliman (drums), has been refining an instrumental formula that fuses metal and progressive rock with funk groove, pop melodies, hip-hop nods and electronic textures. From the early shred bursts to albums such as Muse, Renaissance, or New Levels New Devils, their sound rests on precise riffs, dynamic shifts and rhythms marked by trap aesthetics, without losing that technical edge that has kept them circulating strongly since 'Impassion'. In Remember That You Will Die they expanded the range even further, playing with contrasts and guests such as Steve Vai on 'Ego Death'. RJ Pasin, a New York project, also joins, blending heavy guitars and meticulous production between metalcore, deathcore, hyperpop, Jersey drill and R&B. His way of weaving riffs and melodies with rap rhythms stands out for the register twists within the same track; 'Lobster' was one of his most widely shared introductions. Completing the bill is Perturbator, alias of James Kent, a Paris-based producer key to the connection between darksynth, synthwave and industrial with a metal background. From his 'imaginary soundtracks' to albums such as Dangerous Days, The Uncanny Valley or Lustful Sacraments, his live show moves between club pulsation and nocturnal tension, increasingly cold and hard-edged.
