On August 8, 2026, G Flip checks into Studio TD in Montreal with the Bed on Fire Tour. Born in St Kilda and based in Melbourne, the artist first made a name as a drummer and backing vocalist before launching their solo project in 2018, writing and producing their first tracks at home. On stage, it all starts with the rhythm: live drums, pulsations that keep the songs standing, and this way of moving energy between indie pop, edgy pop, and pop-rock.
Discovered with 'About You' and then 'Killing My Time,' G Flip quickly lined up dates outside Australia, with a trajectory from About Us (2019) to Drummer (2023), more upfront and built for live performance, then Dream Ride (2025), where the spectrum broadens even further. A multi-instrumentalist, G Flip keeps this taste for a clear chorus and personal songs, driven by production that sounds as much at home in the studio as on stage.
