Masego: « Fix Your Face Tour »

Masego brings the Fix Your Face Tour to B-K in Stockholm on October 3, 2026. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, and raised partly in Virginia, the multi-instrumentalist has built a signature approach he calls TrapHouseJazz, blending R&B, hip-hop and jazz with the saxophone as a guiding line. On stage, he moves between vocals, rap phrasing and live looping, letting horn lines anchor grooves that shift from laid-back soul to more uptempo bounce.

The set draws from Lady Lady and his 2023 self-titled album, with stops by the Studying Abroad EP and his early collaboration with Medasin, The Pink Polo. “Tadow,” created with FKJ, often appears in a more improvised form, stretching out around rhythm changes and sax vamps. Masego’s live format leaves room for call-and-response and instrumental breaks, keeping the arrangements flexible without losing the clean contours of his studio work.

Over the years he has connected with artists like SiR, Kehlani, Kaytranada, Yussef Dayes and Braxton Cook, a circle that informs his palette on stage: neo-soul colors, contemporary jazz finesse and alternative hip-hop swing, carried by a sax-led energy that ties the whole thing together.
