On 16 October 2026 at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, London, Matilda Mann brings her understated folk-pop shaped by indie folk and soft pop. West London–born and a BRIT School alum, she began by self-releasing songs before a run of EPs — If That Makes Sense and Because I Wanted You to Know in 2020, Sonder in 2021, and You Look Like You Can’t Swim in 2023 — leading to her debut album, Roxwell, in 2025. Her writing favors close-knit melodies, a guitar often at the center and a hushed delivery, with lyrics orbiting relationships, hesitation and everyday scenes. She has opened for Arlo Parks, beabadoobee and The Staves, guested with spill tab on Borderline Insane in 2023, and added harmonies to Bombay Bicycle Club’s Fantasneeze in 2024. She also toured Europe and the UK with Wallows and joined UK dates with Role Model.
Special guest Sophie May opens with melodic folk-pop from London, offering a clear, pared-back touch that sets the tone before Matilda Mann steps in.
