This extended Saturday event at Future Yard on Saturday 13 June 2026 at 4:00 pm presents emerging avant-garde music, with a strong connection to themes of decline and renewal in the North of England. It also includes non-musical performances, an exhibition opening in FY’s Future Walls Gallery, and an immersive audiovisual installation.
Aya’s work is primarily concerned with the transfigurative power of experience and memory on the physical body. Hailing from the Pennines, her most recent album hexed! was released on Hyperdub and was nominated for The Quietus’ Album of the Year 2025.
Rainy Miller, originally from Preston and head of the label Fixed Abode, is a multidisciplinary artist and producer whose work exists in a space where raw emotion meets atmospheric soundscapes.
Yeah You are a father-daughter duo based in Newcastle and Vienna who let music into the family context and have been known to make noise-pop out of field recordings taken in IKEA car parks.
