La Maroquinerie presents Amber Webber and Stephen McBean of Black Mountain – Twin Oscillations. The concert will take place on July 9, 2026 at 5:30 PM at La Maroquinerie.
Drawing on blues, psychedelia and acid rock, Black Mountain develops a universe where darkness, grit and hallucinatory flights intertwine, all threaded through by a subtle folk current. The band made its debut in October 2004 on the Jagjaguwar label with the maxi-single Druganaut, before releasing their eponymous first album a few months later. The lineup includes Stephen McBean, Matthew Camirand, Jeremy Schmidt, Joshua Wells and Amber Webber, presented collectively to preserve the communal spirit that characterizes the group.
In 2019, Black Mountain returned with their fifth album, Destroyer, notably propelled by the single “Future Shade.”
