After 150 performances of his second show Le Sens de la Vie, Alexis Le Rossignol returns to the stage with Chamboulé, a new opus that should never have existed. Chamboulé tells the story of a comedian who sets out to write a new show but is quickly overtaken by life and its share of surprises — among them an impending fatherhood that throws his plans into disarray.
Known for his ability to make any subject funny, Alexis Le Rossignol deploys, with finesse and self-deprecating humor, his take on a world that has been upended and is itself deeply moving, exploring, as usual, the many themes that define his work well beyond this single event.
