Fakear

Fakear continues his journey on the French electronic scene and switches to live mode with a set refocused on the essentials. After seven albums and performances that have taken him from the Olympia to Glastonbury, he is unveiling on stage a nice place to be, his new album announced for 4 September. Inspired by the renewal of a hybrid electronic sound championed by Fred Again.., Four Tet, Bonobo, Sammy Virji and Camoufly, he offers a livelier, rawer and more intimate live show, conceived for the concert hall as much as for the club. Between club tracks, immersive textures and downtempo respites, Fakear plays with contrasts, alternating rhythmic pulses and melodic landscapes, and cultivates a writing style that favours progression, sonic material and the moment. On tour in Europe, he stops on 10 October 2026 at Le Liberté in Rennes with a show designed to explore his new repertoire and revisit his signature tracks from a more direct angle, without losing the cinematic dimension that runs through his music.
