True to its animal-free stage language, the Quebec troupe blends acrobatics, visual theatre and music to depict a teeming miniature world. OVO unfolds as a series of tableaux that alternate aerial feats, hand-to-hand work, balance acts and acro-dance, with tightly choreographed ensembles and solos that zoom in on the details of a microcosm constantly in flux. Organic costumes, clear dramaturgy and physical comedy establish a lively tempo, situated between stylized naturalistic observation and character-driven play.

The original score propels the action with orchestral pop textures, prominent percussion and electronic touches, sometimes threaded with invented voices and languages—the company’s sonic signature. On January 24, 2027, at the LDLC Arena in Décines-Charpieu, OVO lets the energy and curiosity of a world where everything crawls, hops, climbs or takes flight circulate, offering a dialogue-free stage narrative that advances through images, pulses and shared virtuosity.
