Jimmy Sax extends his Toi & Moi tour with a stripped-back format focused on the essentials: one stage, a saxophone up front, and a direct connection with those present. At Le Liberté in Rennes on October 20, 2027, he unfolds a set conceived as a conversation, where the energy of the live performance and spontaneity guide the concert’s flow. Between groovy passages and quieter, more sensitive respites, the pieces stretch, transform and give way to improvisation, in an organic blend of electro, pop, funk and soul.

Under the name Jimmy Sax, French saxophonist and composer Jim Rolland mixes melodic house, deep house, instrumental pop and jazz reminiscences. On stage he cultivates interaction: catchy themes, electronic loops, acoustic textures and long saxophone flights slot together effortlessly, with an aesthetic aimed as much at dancing as at listening. Toi & Moi tightens the frame further: intimacy, a rhythm that lives in the present, and a performance that adapts to the room’s mood for a tailor-made evening.
