Zélie

Zélie brings her francophone pop with electronic contours to the stage with a keen sense of body and text. Trained in dance, she weaves a physical live performance where choreography merges with the music: gestures borrowed from contemporary dance and hip-hop, synthetic pulses, biting bass and snapping choruses. Her clear, sometimes husky voice clings to nervous rhythms and candid melodies to express what constricts and what frees.

Her songs, drawn notably from the album Le cœur et sa dictature, speak plainly about romantic breakups, the relationship to the body, and a childhood upended by divorce. Loquacious yet precise writing—intimate and accessible—she turns human oddness into mantras that linger without overstatement. On stage, Zélie alternates flashes of intensity and moments of breath, addresses the audience, draws closer, then relaunches the dance like a gentle uppercut.
