Satsang celebrates ten years of The Story of You with a dedicated anniversary set on September 4, 2026 at Hootananny Brixton, London. The album will be played in full, followed by selections from the rest of the catalogue. Led by Montana singer and songwriter Drew McManus, Satsang blends folk, roots rock and soul with touches of reggae and hip-hop, built on acoustic guitars, supple grooves and vocals that move between sung lines and spoken cadence.

Written from the mountain West, McManus’s lyrics focus on self-reflection, a grounded sense of spirituality and our ties to place and community. That intimate thread shaped The Story of You and expanded into a fuller band sound on Pyramid(s), leaned into Americana tones on Kulture and All. Right. Now., then returned to a quieter register with Flowers From The Fray. On stage, Satsang shifts easily between electric and acoustic setups. For this anniversary show, the spotlight is on the arc of the debut album, then opens out to familiar live staples drawn from a decade of songwriting.
