After joining Buddy Guy on stage to jam and experience the blues first-hand, Buddy remarked, "He's like a young Eric Clapton."
Raised on classical guitar and with a Grade 8 distinction at 18, he combines his musical heritage with blues-rock. He signed his first record deal at 17 and released Thunder in the Sky in 2012. His debut solo album On My Own presents a personal approach rooted in blues tradition.
Jones's career includes over 50,000 albums sold and a number one album on the Official UK Jazz & Blues chart. The focus is on telling his story through stripped-down, narrative-driven blues.
